Students who move-out of residence on or before March 31, 2020 are eligible for a prorated refund towards their accommodations and meal plan fees. Failure to follow proper move-out procedures may result in additional fees and/or ineligibility for refunds.
STEP 1: If you are moving out of residence on or before March 31, 2020 you must submit the changes to your housing status form.
STEP 2: Ensure your room is cleaned and returned to the original state you found it. All furniture must be in your room. Additional fees may be applied to your account if your room is not returned to the original state you found it.
STEP 3: Return all of your keys (residence access card, room key, mailbox key) to Glendon Security Services located in the Greenhouse.
Please note that Glendon Housing does not offer summer storage. Companies such as Canadian Self Storage or Second Closet offer storage solutions should you require them. Please note that York University is not affiliated with these companies.
